i had Reliance broadband data card, suddenly not able to open any browser, i contacted customer care and registered complaint, one called and informed to visit service centre, i visited and they said it is not repairable you have to purchase new data card which i was not interested and informed to customer care that if this card to replace with new iam not interested please disconnect my connection, they said as of now you have to clear bill then it will get disconnected, so i cleared my dues and again contacted customer care and informed 4 times that i cleared bill and cancel my connection, after 2 months the recovery people called and demanding 613/- is bill due as of now and i told i surrendered the connection 2 months back how come bill generates, they keep calling me and i was conveying same, recently i got court notice to appear or contact for settlement. can any one suggest about this issue. more
Reliance is one of the worst service providrs. Please stay away frm these crooks. I have already faced once for my datacard due to poor service. Very funny thing is if you go to servce centre and complain about any problems, the service people themselves will not get the network if they try to search for any datacard service centres in their system. Then how come customers will get the network for datacard. more
Most of the problems are with the post paid services and all the companies are reluctant to change to pre-paid service. This has to be done through TARAI and they should open a grievance cell. more
The correct forum to represent your grievance in the consumer court. Present a complaint by stating all your grievances and pray for suitable remedy. Defienetly you will suceed. Further for court notice engage one Lawyer and contest the case with all your grievances. If your grievance is true you will get justice. more
My personal experience reveals that reliance is not the organisation to rely.I have set top boxes.I go through the problems every now and then.I advise the people for not to go for any product of Reliance. more
Private players like Reliance are harassing the customers. If you have any proof of having reported the disconnection, you can appear and inform to the court. It is a pressure tactics. Do not worry, court will take appropriate action. You may feel harassed, the Reliance representatives will request you for compromise. Do not succumb to their pressure tactics. more
