Registrars fully corrupt removing red mark

Please note while people are doing construction just like constructing a house or or any bldg M.C.D. is putting red mark that this building is under construction no matter whether it is legal or not but at the time of sales purchase of this building they don't remove this red mark and ask for lot of bribe on these buildings and this way registrars are mincing crores of Rs. every day and they are not removing red mark before sales and keeping that building on question mark. This way people are facing lot of harassment from authorities and feeling cheated and humiliated. The online system was introduced for helping people checking status of buildings online which has become a menace now. There is need to regularize such kind of buildings till today and replace the corrupt registrars or officials indulge in corrupt practice.

Central govt has taken control of ACB from Delhi govt to protect corrupts officials. Which law implementing body is under control of Delhi govt.? Delhi police or ACB? if there is any third such authority, pl let me know for my knoledge. the only option available with the AAP govt. is to go the court for every matter. Out of elected BJP MLA in UP, about 116 (36%+) MLAs are charged with serious crimes like rape and murders, leave apart those charged with minor crimes. Where as AAP MLA is arrested on the minor most charges of misbehaving with police or any govt officials. more

All registrar of MCD is corrupt , all public in Delhi know but I am asking from new govt which says always that we will remove corruption of all Delhi Govt. deptt.. my dear friend you are right but without bribe we are helpless as other authorities interfare in the matter i am also one of you who face this problem our house was constructed in the year 2001 at that time all the authorities i,e, delhi police ,mcd commissioner, and mcd executive engineer all were called by the lower court as a unauthorised construction case filed by my auntee(Bhua jee) before construction and many complaints were reported to mcd and all other related authorities but till today wait for the settlement of housetax, which i has been paid in the year 2013 they says only show the site plan, completion certificate etc but not ready to give settlement letter without taking the bribe so dont worry try and try again untill we sucess thanks more
