Registered Mobile number is not in use
Dear Sir,
Pleasantly I am working in vizag / Andhrapradesh. I want to verify my account detail through online for which I need to enter my register mobile number. Unfortunately that registered mobile number is not in use. I went to District PF office and came to know that they can't help me login again with my new mobile number.
Can any one suggest me how to proceed. more

Register your grevience at UAN help desk. They will change it in 5 days if your luck is good. more

You have two options. (1) If you have UAN No. login directly without mobile no and there you can update mobile no. (2) m If you know earlier mobile No. log on with that no. Then go to profile tab no. more

If you previously registered to UAN account, i think you can login directly without mob no and there you can update the mobile no. more

If the problem is not solved even after using UAN helpdesk, you can write to Consumer Forum and also may contact P.F. office at New Delhi. You can get the address from net . more
