Regarding the bribe taken by traffic police in Bangalore city central railway station

This is what we have to pay for. Our ignorance is DANGEROUS. Kare koi bhare koi. Khaye SARKARI bank babu, bharein ham. Scores of lacs of actual NPAs estimated, to be revealed from time to time and govt banks to be gradually bailed out from PUBLIC MONEY who paid direct and indirect taxes and suffering this Demonetization drive to fill the damage caused by the Bank babus by pro quo lending and NPAs. Mallya being the mask under which all the lakhs of crores of NPAs hidden. His is only 9 thousand crores and his assets much more than that worth from which can be covered. Mallya game a part of this NPA Scam. BANKS ARE NOW CASH STRAPPED & NEED CASH, HENCE THESE TYPE TACTICS AS DFEMONETIZATION. "Poora hisab do" drive.. Hello Everyone, Today I will share one of the Grief of a common man and bring your attention from apart the hard and sincere Work of the Bangalore Traffic Police,I feel very much grateful and thanks that the bangalore traffic police are doing very great jobs but one picture I want to show how they are misusing the power and torchering a common man. The incident happened on 12th Nov 2016 at night around 11:00 PM ,To be frank I was drunk and when I was moving to my room the Traffic Cop stopped me as i was in the service road with wearing sleeper and trouser but violated the law by drunk and drive ,After they stopped while I was getting down to my Vehicle One of the Cop snatched my Key from my bike and the key ring broked(Recored on the CCTV footage near EZone Marathalli).As known of the Mistake they taken side and told me to Blow in the instrument I accepted that I have drunk and ready to pay the fine and for testing they told to blow the Air after doing multiple time I was able to blow into the instrument and it came to 56.within the process of blowing I was multiple time forced by the Cop to blow as they kept the hand on my neck. After that I asked for the Blackberry reciept for the Fine they was giving me the Long slip all written in hand which I avoid to accept they shouted on me but I rejected ,They brought the Auto and forcefully pushed me into the Auto as I have asked about the case told nothing and make me move to HAL Main gate signal at around 12 AM to 1 AM at midnight .I was not knowing the reason for taking me and my bike to that place at midnight,after reaching there I was waited for around 1 Hrs and taken a signature in a blackberry slip and told to move. How it is to take my bike and me to some place which I dont know at midnight and left me. after coming to home at night around 2:30 I gave a call to Asst Commisioner of Traffic police to registered a complain He told drop the mail we will see to it.(Drop the Mail no reply Yet) Then on Sunday morning I went to the HAL traffic police station and asked about the fine and slip as I didn't collected on that date ,They don't shared any slip ,Key or any fine detail ,I waited for 2:00 Clock and 1 Cop(Mr Srikant or Shashidhar-name not known correctly) told Mr. Mubarak is the officer who was there and need to goto Marathalli to get the detail and slip,As the person(Srikant or Shashidhar) in the office was having the Slip and details but knowingly he harrased me and torchered.I went to Marathalli but no one was there as Mubarak and the phone was switched OFF/not reachable .Waiting for few hours in Marathalli finally call got connected and Mr Mubarak Told i was not there in Ezone. Then on Monday again I Went to the traffic Police station and the same staff over there told once again that who is the Officer we don't know anything and again told to wait outside(as inside i can't sit as it seem to me i was criminal and done a big crime).I was completely irritated then I have given the call to Asst Commisioner of Traffic Police South East Adugodi(9480801805),Immediately after few minute I got the Key,Got the Fine reciept,Get to know the traffic Officer(Mr. Somesh) and all details He for more harrasement he told the detail are with the traffic officer in the marathalli but i Din't gone over there and he agve all the detail from there itself.(It clearly project that he was doing knowingly and doing the mentally torchered and harrasement). Taken the reciept gone to give the fine and came the next day to collect the RC and DL . Again told the same thing we will not do now and come tomorrow for more mentally harrassement and after coming the Next day he told we have cancelled the DL and you need to collect from the RTO office of your Hometown for further Harrasement. This few days of the mentally harrasement and torcher has taught me that if you ask the correct thing from the traffic Cop this thing will happened and simply if you give the bribe nothing can be happened ,As I have seen on Monday many people coming and giving some money and taking the DL and RC ,Since I have asked the Question I was payed for it. Kinldy request the Traffic Officials to atleast register a Complain and Take an Action . Regards kamal Dev more
