I am a regular subscriber of magicbricks, this company provides web based services in realty business last year i purchased their plan by paying around Rs 45000/- and my plan was supposed to end in last of april which is in between of this corona pandemic and they smartly extended for 21 days to all subscriber for the period which is in lockdown itself and now suspended our services suddenly because the leftover listings lying with the company was of approx Rs 20000/- and they are now calling for purchase of new plan. these kind of companies are making the opportunity out of this pandemic period to bluff their users. more

I have SBI card. There is a Scheme of collecting points on every purchase and redeeming after two years. If not redeemed they will expire. Due to COVID-19 They are not updating the list of items which can be exchanged with points earned as redemption and delivery also not possible to smaller towns. As they did not update and deliver it is not possible to redeem the points. But they continued the scheme of expiring the accumulated points which were collected before two years. More over their call center gives only pre recorded information and not possible to talk to customer care executive. Is it not using COVID-19 for their benefit. more
