Refund Pending from may 2019 Raymond Custom Tailoring

Ordered tailoring and garment from Raymond Custom Tailoring online:
1. Shirt: Rs. 765 on 16 May 2019 03:01:01 PM
2. Jacket: Rs. 5197 on 12 Jun 2019 12:29:10 PM
3. Trouser: Rs. 1186 on 14 Jun 2019 11:02:07 PM

All the ordered items had to be returned multiples times for alteration and finally returned for a full refund, however, till today (14 Jan 2020) no refund has been provided. The bank details have been shared 3 times with the company and confirmed on phone by the customer service people. The company people only say that the request has been forwarded to concerned department with high priority. more

Any transaction in online should be reviewed before placing order. more  
My observation is that in India, we don't know how to keep customers happy and get more business through them. This is simply a bad handling of customer management. If you are on social media do write a post giving details. more  
Write e mail for refund. Keep record of the same. File a complain to jago grahak and file complaint in consumer forum. more  
Defame them in social media. more  
Do not waste time. One reminder is enough. File a case in the distrct consumer forum. They will be brought to their knees. I had a similar problem with Raymond agent who sold me inferior quality 3 trouser pieces. I filed a case. They settled out of court and refunded the cost of Rs 3000 paid by me for the trouser cloth plus Rs 3000 for legal expenses! more
