Reforms of Electioneering, Contestants, Elected Members

Reforms in Electioneering Political Contestants and Election Commission are to take place before conducting any further Elections since Top most important ISSUES are pending. 1. There is need to disqualify for a period of 11 years, any contestant though recommended by any Party if he is convicted by competent Court on Financial or Social Offences/Crimes --- since the existing practice lead the Rule away from control of Corruption, creation of Black Money and Concealed Wealth Concentration.
2. There is need to disqualify the Contestant , Penalize the party of the candidate while punishing and fining the persons transporting/gifting Cash for Votes during Election period in addition to Seizure of Cash/Goods/Articles purposed for this mission .

3. The refused, rejected and defeated Party shall not be allowed to share the Rule --- since the right of people’s Vote to reject that party’s rule that was guaranteed by Dr. Ambedkar in Constituent Assembly is deprived and is also against the Democratic norms.
4. There is need to formulate Code of discharge of Duties of the Elected Members both in the Houses as well as in the Society and outside.
5. Regulations on the issues of Resolution of Bills . more

ELECTION COMMISSION , JUDICIARY TO THINK ON Justice Social Economic and Political . 2 Years Back A CJI teared his eyes. A CJI Opted Joint Meets between Executive and Judiciary. 135 Crores Cash Seized to vote for 119 Seats beyond Liquor while the un-seized Cash will be 2 times more atleast in Telangana State. 1765 Legislative Members of India out of 4,896 [MPs, MLAs] are either convicted or the accused in Criminal Cases. There is absolute necessity for Indian Media to awake E.C. and Judiciary for needed Regulations TO SAVE CONSTITUTION AND DEMOCRACY. The above Bundh call of MLA while in Election Campaigning time, DEFINITELY REVERSE THE VOTERS's Mindset and such are very dangerous in Political Democracy. more
Failure of requisite mandates in Political Democracy and E.C. is really leading the rule away from Sanctity more
Good News to Indian Voters. National Law Commission Report reveal that : It is found that between 2004-14, those facing Criminal Cases are more and won 23% seats than those who do not possess any such cases while scored only 12%. Found that some parties preferring nominations to more convicts while some are indulging in various Cases after being Elected. UP held 47% members who had such Cases while one MLA possess 36 Cases while 14 were Murder Cases. Even in present Lok Sabha, 162 members are facing Criminal Case while 76% members are found having serious Allegations. S.C. in its Judgment yesterday, on 26th September 2018 confined that in a Democracy it is the most important issue that only Accountable [financially] and responsible [socially] Elected members are to perform the democratic Rule. S.C. also directed that the Voters are to be provided with such Candidates and is the Vital issue in Democracy. Commenting that the Country is awaiting the Law that Reforms and Regulates Safe and Secured democratic Rule, the 5 members Bench also directed the Government to energize and empower Election Commission with full authority and in addition formulate the Law adding that :- 1.Every Contestant whether belong to any Political Party or not, has to submit to the Election Commission before contesting , the details of Cases submitting full details in Bold Letters. 2. If the individual is Contesting from any Political Party, he shall inform the particulars of Cases against him to that Party . 3. The Political Party has to display the details of such Cases of that Contestant in their Party Website and to notify in a largest circulating news paper and Electronic Media giving a declaration on the Contestants and the details of Cases against them . 4. Every Contestant who opts to contest through a Party , shall give full details of pending Cases against him to that Party WHICH ENABLE THE VOTER TO DECIDE AS TO WHOM TO VOTE . more
IPC 378 to 462, offences against property, 143 to 160, Offences against Public Tranquility, 171 E TO 171 J, offences relating to Elections , had been set aside and, Still the Constitutional Bodies if do not prefer Reforms in Electioneering, E.C., Political Parties, Performance of Elected Members, IT IS GROSS INJUSTICE NOT ONLY TO THE VOTING CITIZEN BUT ALSO TO THE NATION. Where is justice to people's democracy if Convicted on the above Indian Penal Code Sections are authorised to contest and Rule the Union of India and States . Hence, Reforms are must and to be thought in terms of guarantee given in the Constituent Assembly and, the Preamble of our Constitution. No individual Body of Constitution be so tied with restrictions while No individual Body of the Constitution be so empowered to neglect provisions of the esteemed Constitution. more
Punishments of 171 I, J need to be 100 times more while others be set for 3 and 5 years imprisonment. more
