Reforming Liquor Sales and Consumption - Whitpaper

Dear Friends:

Here is the whitepaper on the subject of reforming liquor sales and consumption

http://tinyurl.com/Reforming-Liquor-Sales

The same is being submitted to Central Government Leaders for their actions.

Delhi today gave a historic mandate to the Aam Aadmi Party. We congratulate the party and hope that they can also refer to the above whitepaper and take actions from a Delhi State perspective. Many of the Delhiites will identify with this whitepaper and if the State Government takes swift actions, the recommended changes can be implemented. You are also requested to share the same with your state CM/leaders.

Thanks again for your regular inputs. Lasting change takes time but we are committed to it and will continue to identify issues, their causes and solutions together.

It is a very good sign and welcome also. I understand it is applicable only to staff level. only. Daily I am travelling through MRTS from Taramai to Parrys. The MRTS trains are not running punctually it is always running late. For example in  the morning  MRTS starts from Velachery should reach Taramai  8.45 AM but where as the same is reaching only between 8.55 AM ad 9.00AM. because of this huge crowd is there. More over MRTS is having only six coaches instead of nine coaches.     This is a daily problem. All the Govt and private sector employees  working in In parrys and  George Town areas not able to attend the office intime because of the late arrival of MRTS trains. I request the Railway Minister to look into this problem and provide nine coaches during peak hours (between 8.00Am to 10.00Am ad also In the evening between 5.30PM to 7.30.PM.) This will help for all the working class people. I hope you will take up the issue with railway miistry and will solve the problem at the earliest. with warm regdsevs mani    From: Rajendra Pratap Gupta To: evsmani@yahoo.co.in Sent: Tuesday, 10 February 2015 12:59 AM Subject: New resource "Reforming Liquor Sales an..." in [Transform India with Modi] more
