Recommend a good Liver Doctor Dear All

Dear All
My brother is currently in ICU at St. Stephens Hospital and has a liver failure problem due to his addiction to alcohol. On the doctor's advice I need to shift him to a liver specialty hospital which to my knowledge are Institute of Liver and Biliary Science, Vasant Kunj and PSRI, Sheikh Sarai. Could anyone please recommend some Senior Doctor who would be the best to consult.

I need this information Urgently.
Thank you more
