Ratings of Business/Service Providers

Based on suggestions from many of you, working with LocalCircles we have expanded Ratings feature in this circle such that all ratings done by localcircles members will become available in this circle.

Each one of you is requested to rate businesses and service providers where you have a grievance so such information becomes easily accessible for all.

This can be done by using the option Add a Business or Rate a Business. more

I have purchased a flat in Amrapali Village,Indirapuram,Ghaziabad.They have not fulfilled their promised obligation.Because of my age of 76 I am not able to change otherwise would have changed to some other good society. more  
Club Mahindra is a numero uno company with regard to frauds. Once I also got a mail from them to become a member . I sent them a mail 2/3 time asking for some questions, which they found difficult to answer. They ask for a particular amount every month but don't inform for how many months this amount has to be paid. Who are the people included in the family. How many trips can be enjoyed in a year. Do they give pick up from the residence. Whether they provide air tickets or simply provide resort services. They have no answers to all these questions. So, better avoid these fraudsters. And never part with any of your cash value document or any other document, which can be used. more

The following may be initiated to stop corrupt, illegal and undue advantage by business or service provider:
1. All business and/or service provider directly to the customers including hotel services, reservation services, real estate developer's services etc. should be registered with Consumer Services and same registered number should get printed in their pamphlets.
2. All the customers who comes under contact for deal or information should be dealt with their name, kind of services or products with registered number.
3. Local office dealer, agents and other kind of services should continue their business/services with the said registered number.
4. At the the of selling the product and received money for the cost of business dealt should offer receipt with kinds of services provided with rates.
5. Provision of making complaint online.
5. At the time of attending complaint and after providing proper repair or rectification, a receipt with rate/s of services provided should appear on the receipt may be produced and proof of payment made be properly indicated. more
