Can we do something for farmers . Can we innovate new technology which will ensure the production of crops . Are we taking care of that . Farmers are helpless and vegetable / grains item production will decrease . We can not stop the increase in rate . Attack of Nature will affect on economy. It will be important for common man .It affects on Budget of poor . We are not able to fight with Nature . We should understand that and should not go against Nature . more

In pre independence Era , there had been proper and Voluntary efforts by the public and the requisite interest of the Rulers who had WELL ESTABLISHED CANALS , CHANNELS , STREAMS , SUB-CANALS FOR EXPANSION OF IRRIGATION TO THE DEMAND OF CULTIVATION with periodically redress. 2. In the same way , they took more interest to preserve WATERS IN SMALL PONDS , TANKS , RESERVOIRS , CONSERVING HILL STATION WATERS for the Good maintenance of Ground Waters easily accessible. 3. BUT NOW, REAL ESTATES CLOSING SUB-CANALS , STREAMS AND THE INDIVIDUAL POLITICAL SUPPORTERS CLOSING WATER PONDS , TANKS AND STREAMS , DRAINS FOR THEIR OWN ROADS AND CONSTRUCTIONS. NUMBER OF MUNICIPALITIES ARE EVIDENT FOR THE ABOVE ANTI SOCIAL STEP-UPS. Even now, it is absolutely necessary that all the State Governments shall Shrewdly Step against and RECONVERT SUCH . 4. It is absolutely necessary to PLAN NOT ONLY INTERLINK THE MAIN RIVERS , BUT ALSO FORM CANALS , SUB-CANALS , CREATE RESERVOIRS AND BIG GROUND WATER TANKS WHERE-EVER Govt. LANDS PERSIST IN ALL THE STATES. THIS WILL ENSURE PRESERVATION OF WATERS AND UP-LIFT BEST UTILISATION OF AVAILABLE AND SEASONAL WATERS. 5. This will only help the Farmers , Farm Produces and the Food for the People. SO, ALL THE STATES SHALL BE MADE PART OF THE " WATER PRESERVATION & GENERATION SCHEME " AS PART OF THE INTERLINKING MISSION OF RIVERS IN INDIA . more
