I have purchased TCL - Iffalcon TV from Flipkart in the month of October, within 20 days TV has gone bad, logged a ticket with TCL an Engineer visited and informed a part has bad and need to be replaced, since so early this TV has gone bad i had requested to replace the TV or refund, but neither Flipkart nor the brand TCL - iffalcon provided the proper solution or good customer service, the customer service executives are also not so cooperative with regards to the service, not sure when and how this issue will be resolved. more
One of my TCL TV has gone defective and could not get their service, as information received that they are not active nowadays. It was beyond warranty but less than 3 years old. Now it remains dumped. more
You should send a regd. letter or email to the official website of the seller. If no reply received within 15 days, file a complaint with the local consumer court for quick resolution to your problem. Keep invoice/payment proof and warranty card ready with you and attach photocopies of the same while filing the complaint. more
I think there's something wrong with #Flipkart procurement, dispatch and delivery system. One of our lady neighbour ordered a dress suit worth over 6K and what they received was a torn-apart trouser! They tried calling the customer service and made many complaints online but to no heed. #Flipkart is failing in their promises! #Flipkart, kindly rise and resolve these issues and incidents for your brand's sake! Hope #Flipkart is listening! more
Since the problem occurred within the warranty period, the company is liable for repairs and replacement of defects free of cost. If the fault is beyond repairable TV is supposed to be replaced by the company. if the company does not respond properly u file a case in consumer forum demanding the replacement of TV quoting that the company failed to rectify the problems. Moreover u claim the charges for filing the case, mental agony and besides adequate compensation. Further the flipkart will not take any responsibility. It is a seller. Once the TV is sold out they will promptly inform to the supplier. Flipkart responsibilities are limited to that extent only. Everything is on the company. more
I had a similar experience. The Kodak LED TV, I purchased from flipkart in August was found defective at the time of installation itself. They could not replace and after continuous follow up for nearly a month was able to get the refund for the product. Though, I generally do not buy high value items online, the pandemic and the fact that this TV was replacement for the other room made me to go against my belief. Never, ever I shall repeat the mistake again. more
