Audio or music books have had gst reduced from 12% to 0% but companies like flipkart are selling for the same price before and after. See how this book had MRP of 540 in dec 18 and in jan 19 and in feb 19. Offer price maintained at sams 324. So no passing of gst rate reduction benefits. more

The invoice copy is not so readable for my sight. Please, tell me if GST has been charged on the offer price of 324 at the same old rate of 12%. If so, it is a clear case of unfair business practice and deserves to be refunded to the consumer the overcharged amount. more
