Profiteering continuting en-masse

Every brand of India who makes items GST rate has reduced should be sent this. These guys are not passing the benefit of rate reduction. No wonder good intended Govt programs are not delivering benefits to households...

Probably till their stock gets exhausted,they will not pass the benefit. more  
Frequent changes in Rates/Rules regarding input Credit etc are giving opportunities to the sellers. There should be Standard Rules and only 2-3 Rates of GST and they should be reviewed only in Budget as was the case earlier. more  
When the rate is reduced, the manufacturers/dealers feel that the Govt.
has done so to help them and hence they do not pass on the reduction
to consumers. There should be mechanism in place to check this
unfair trade practice for all commodities. Pilferage of tax is very high.
Many businessmen raise 30 invoices in a day and file return for 10 invoices thereby pocketing major chunk of GST. Surveillance is very
poor due to corruption and non-accountability. more  
Govt should issue a directive to the hoteliers association rather than issuing statement s more
