Problem with Kajaria Ceramics Ltd.

I bought premium quality tiles of Kajaria brand considering them as reputed manufacturer for my new house. All major flooring is of Kajaria tiles. Bought premium floor tiles. Facing some stains/surface finish problem and reported to company in last week of Oct 2018 but so far after 3 moths no solution has been given and now absolutely no response from Kajaria Ceramics. Surprisingly they deleted my two complaint emails without reading and giving any reply. I have proofs. No reply on twitter even after 5 reminders. They simply ignored my complaint and not giving any reply to my messages. Their executive rudely told me that he would not attend my complaint. Sent email to corporate office addressed to CMD but no response.Today I lodged complaint with Jago Grahak Jago portal. I shall never ever buy any Kajaria products in my life time............................ more

This is to inform that Kajaria Ceramics has settled the matter by giving compensation to me as per my satisfaction without going into consumer court. I also contacted DNV GL which is ISO 9001 certifying organisation and their Norway HQ replied to me. My complaint lodged at INGRAM portal and with DNV GL helped me to sort out the issue. INFORM KAJARIA THAT YOU ARE TAKING THESE STEPS IF THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOU IN SEVEN WORKING DAYS. IF YOU DO NOT GET A SATISFACTORY RESPONSE GO AHEAD AND FILE A CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST KAJARIA FOR CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND SEEK COMPENSATION FOR FAULTY INGREDIENTS AND ALSO MENTAL AGONY.
