Private lab Covid test system is failing in Delhi

I need to book a Covid test for someone in Delhj. But websites/ customer care of SRL , lal path kab, Metropolis, Pathkind labs are not working/not responding. Managed to speak to an executive at SRL who told me it will take at least 2 days for the report to come.

Can LocalCircles please escalate this to health minister? more

yes also done in time but report is not authentic by HOD not shown negative / positive. more

I fully agree as similar situation is faced by me. Lal pathlab is difficult to book on line. It looks someone is trying to control as situation was not same few weeks back. more
