Private Hospital Overcharging on covid19

Please see attached bill for covid 19 test from Hiranandani hospital. Levying sample Handling charges. Who approved them? Will GOI MOHFW or CM Maharashtra book them?

If the bill is generated in error the hospital mgmt may please explain. more

The bill date is 10/4/20 .This news appeared in Th eEconomic Times of March 22, 2020 : The National task Force has recommended the maximum cost for COVID-19 samples testing at private labs at Rs 4,500. "This may include Rs 1500 for a screening test for suspect cases and an additional Rs 3,000 as confirmation test charges," the notification said. The name itself sounds different Hiran Hndhani Mospital & mospital . Only Hospital to get Asia Pacific Quality Award , and another National quality award .Does it qualify to add that Rs. 700/ I am not sure if anything can be done about this or just grin and bear it . All Govt.authorities are supposed to be involved in corona 19 work and most are given Vehicle passes to go about in the city .
