PRECIOUS RESOURCES BEING WASTED ON BELOW POVERTY LINE PEOPLE JUST FOR VOTE BANKS

Every year we have new figures of poor in india and the cut of limits for below poverty line. It appears this is a futile exercise and is just wastage of time money and government resources.
1st thing Urban poor's. The Delhi Government is spending crores of rupees on 30+ lac below poverty line residents of Delhi.
In reality as I feel actually the figure should not be more than even 1% of those who live in Delhi/NCR. The problem is all these so called poor's of NCT of Delhi & NCR just stand in queues to get benefits of various kinds are in reality not poors. A housemaid in Delhi/NCR at least earn 6 to 10 thousand per month and all their family members are working. Their young children from the age of 8 years or so also start working. They too earn at least Rs. 2000. + good food and clothing PM. A family of 4 poors in Delhi/NCR at least earns approximately Rs.20,000/PM but as we don't have a system of calculating or supervising the income of all these people they always remain below poverty line and stand in the queues of benefits. I can bet if you can find a maid below 6000/PM + food in whole NCR. Their husbands are too working as there is acute shortage of labour in NCR. No one (In illiterate category) who is ready to work is unemployed. Only people who are very sick or very old or are drug addicts may not be working. All these are working as beggars and begging has become a quite rewarding profession. Roughly each beggar earns over Rs.300.00/daily. Many times I have asked these begging boys/girls & ladies to work, but their reply is why should I work for Rs.5000. when I can earn far more than this without doing anything.
If you think see how much money is being wasted on their welfare by the Governments and I am sure in reality most of these poor families have more income than the Central & state Government employees forget the private sector employee, although we are bearing the bills of their free water, free electricity and other freebies given by Governments.
If finance minister Mr. Jaitley is really interested in improving the picture of India and save lots of money being wasted on these so called poor's, we have to develop a way. The much criticised scheme of Aadhar Card can become handy in this.
Under IT act a new exemption under head Employment generation scheme may be introduced , where each taxpayer should be allowed to have a deduction up to Rs.20000 P/A for employing a help at his home. To avail this exemption the person must employ the help who got his Aadhar and has to submit the details of all the person employed during the year in his return. The data can be updated to the portal and can easily verified from all the sources as its normal process these people are working at many places. As IT department has already computerised all the returns this data can easily be bifurcated and compiled automatically. I am sure with this single step we can manage the things better at least in all the big cities immediately and am sure you will find a drastic reduction in number of so called below poverty line people. more

DEAR MANMOHAN GOEL Ji Yes you are right and I agree with you It is politics to snatch the rights of poor man Any how we have five years to strengthen the party and party workers But a honest man always feels for poor man -------------------------------------- Former Vice President, BJP Uttar Pradesh)commented on the Post MANMOHAN wrote: "Dear Shri Shiv Agwl ji, In politics or in business or anything, nobody gives time or opportunity to anybody. Mr Shiv. I neither belong to AAP nor BJP or any other political outfit. But you claim yourself an active member of BJP although your words and mental setup does not say so. But even if its true and if you had started criticizing the AAP after or within 24 hours, that's bad on your part and that just shows how negative attitude you and some of your friends have. But as I remember the AAP had formed the government in Delhi a tiny City semi state and that too with the support of the party against whom they levied all type of corruption and mismanagement charges. The party to expose whom they asked the mandate and the mandate itself was not clear. Their taking support from Congress had proved that AAP is just an opportunist bunch of jokers who can play any trick to be fool people and grab the power. They resigned the day they found all the tricks in their kitty had gone and people have started slapping them in public meetings, but here BJP has come to power with a full unprecedented mandate 1st time in 30 years or so and people have faith in them. Few disgruntled ex members or expelled members might be out to tarnish their image. Although I am sure you are just bluffing by saying you are a BJP member and in reality you belongs to the Anarchist party funded by Congress and the Ford Organisation if I am incorrect then you must be either expelled member of BJP or disgruntled member of BJP as what I know BJP workers are the dedicated group of people who trust and treat & respect party as their mother. I hope if you, really are a member of BJP you must respect your mother. Dear Shiv, this resource was started by me for some topic which had nothing to do with party politics but sorry to say instead of giving some positive solution you have converted the matter to a platform to just criticize your party which must be like a mother to you. My free advice to you is leave BJP and Join any other drowned party and be happy. Because the people who abuse some one else are bad but those who abuse them self are worst . more

DEAR NAVNEET SARIN JI Yes you are right We have all the five years to wait But we the BJP did not given even 24 hrs time to AAP We must be just fair and not the bias --------------------------------------- (Advocate, Joint Secretary, Ghaziabad Bar Association.) commented on the Post NAVNEET wrote: "Dear Mr Agarwal, You are absolutely right when you say we must discuss the things with broad mindedness. That's what is required at moment, we must give time and have patience and let Modi Government to function in a proper way. Just wait and see how they work. But I am sorry to say some narrow minded people have started their criticism from the very 1 st day which is not fair. More over we must be broad minded and have enough guts to ask the present government to start proceedings against all those who have amassed and looted hundred of thousand crores from India during last 10 years. The anti national and Anti Hindu activities of previous ministers must be investigated and proper punishments as per law of land must be served upon them. The secret tours of Congress high command to various European Countries must be verified and due actions may be taken against the guilty. Next we must all try to abolish corruption and ready to sacrifice and fight against corruption. There is no way by which Modi can stop corruption moreover most of the places where an ordinary person has to pay bribe are State Government department. I hope you will try to understand my point of view and work for the good of nation. more
Dear Sarinji, I have just now read your comment on my post to Mr Shivagrawal. You have written very lucidly and informatively. Let's keep up the moral of the society, where we live. Thanks and regards. more
