Power with You
Earlier this week I and my wife visited the main Noida office of ICICI bank in regards to withdrawal from my wife's business account. The cashier was creating all sorts of hassles.
After waiting 2.5 hours when things didnt go anywhere I went up to one of the managers and said i will be rating your bank in my circles and 30000 ppl of Noida and another 30000 from all India will instantly come to know, approach towards me started changing. Work got done within 30 minutes.
I think if we stand together, we have lot of power to change things.
Sharing because i wonder how many know of this and are putting it to good use.

In Mumbai the bank managers are also shameless. They don't care if the name of the bank is tarnished. They will get transferred to another branch but their job & the fringe benefits of the job are still secure. more
