Possible inputs on the services that can be made online

We talk about making things online but we need to identify the specific services that can be made online so that the govt can act in that direction..
I am pointing at some possibilities..It would be good if you can also add to the possibilities----
1) There should be possibility to order duplicate driving licence online. The DL can be sent by post on the already registered postal address.
2)Similarly there should be possibility for duplicate passport request online.
3)There should be provisions to pay the property tax and water bill online
4)General tickets of trains should be made online available
5)It should be possible to request for Duplicate RC of motor bikes and cars online
6)The PF statement should be visible online with details of payments credited by employer from time to time..I think this facility already exists but not very sure about it
7)The details of all the officials should be available on the website of the respective department with the escalation matrix defined..
Eg--If i decide to go to EB office for application of a new meter,It should be possible for me to understand the structure of the office online..Eg counter is on second floor, the timing is 12 to 16 only ..The tracking mechanism should also be available...Once i apply for a service ,a reference number is provided to me by the department...With the reference ,I should be able to track the status of my request..Not just tracking ,i should be able to escalate if there is any delay beyond the defined timelines..Eg The time line provided for getting a new meter installed is one and a half months from the day of application at the counter and there are six teams involved in the process..Each team is given a time period of one week..The applicant tracks that the first team has done the required checks in the first week properly,Its been 9 days since the status is pending with the second team ,he should be able to escalate the issue...The escalation team should intervene and get the things sorted...

IF required phone banking like approach can also be used wherever authentication related issues persist..
or a combination of detail verification over phone and online service can also be deployed.

Looking forward to your valuable inputs for the possible services that can be made online so that the govt makes a note of it and we see some steps in this direction more

Jayakrishnanji also has a valid point...Domacile cerificate can be easily obtained online if valid documents are submitted like school leaving certificate ,voterid etc...But this must be ensured that these online facilities of any documents related to citizenship should not be availbale online in states like West bengal ,Assam etc where a lot of infiltrators are trying to get indian citizenship...Infact ,I request the central govt to scrutinize all the suspected aadhar cards,PAN cards and ,Voter Ids issued in the last 10 years ...not just scrutinize but take action.... more
"Swacch Bharat" Subject: Health hazards and environmental impact of Taimoor Nagar Nallah at C.V. RAman Marg Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice the hazards to human health and environment that the Taimoor Nagar drain is causing. This drain is covered during its pathway through Maharani Bagh but becomes an open drain as it crosses C.V.Raman Marg and enters Taimoor Nagar from where it empties into the River Yamuna. The uncovered portion of the drain is about 400m long and inhabitants of the Pahadi slum clusters and Taimoor Nagar village adjoining this nalah , throw solid waste into the drain and also discharge waste from toilets which are not connected to a sewer line. It is learnt that various toxic wastes such as sulphuric acid/lead etc are illegally dumped into this drain, which has made the quality of air toxic which is even causing corrosion of various household appliances such as air‐conditioners and coolers etc in the vicinity. The drain is also a breeding ground for flies and mosquitoes. While we do not have access to any epidemiological studies at this moment, we are informed that the incidence of respiratory infections in the surrounding areas is particularly high. This drain has also been the subject matter of numerous complaints to the media ,concerned authorities and applications under the RTI have also been filed to ascertain the status of action. Until now nothing substantial appears to have been done to remedy the situation. We are however emboldened by the Prime Minister's ' Swach Bharat Abhiyan' and holding out hope ,request the Central Pollution Control Board to kindly order a rapid assessment of the health and environmental hazards created by this drain and it's consequences on human health. We are also enclosing some recent pictures of the area in question which eloquently support our request. We would like to point out that while the area under concern does not fall directly within the layout of this RWA, its impact does affect every citizen in its vicinity and hence our appeal for action. more
Possible inputs on the services that can be made online 10. Nativity, Community, Income and Non Creamy Layer Certificates issued by Village Officers should be available online by submitting necessary applications and uploading supporting documents online and payment of fees online. more
Dalip ji has a valid point here..There should be a clearly visible option of submitting complains and providing feedback for improvement of services...All the inputs from the citizens should be taken seriously with a feedback to the person who complains or provides inputs more
