Poor service and standard maintained in international flight by Indigo

We have traveled from Singapore to India by Indigo on 3.12.2018 by flight no 6E 52 and were surprised to see that the lot of seat covers were coming out. It was very thin cousin cover fixed on metal seats and on back also we were able to feel the stiffness. When you get up seat cover was coming out. At least on international flights some standard has to be maintained as they represent a country (India). Even ear plugs was not available on demand.

We request that ministry should fix some standard to be maintained in international flights and food should be provided at least in long journey flight above 3 hours. more

If the airlines is unable to maintain a stipulated standard on their international flights, their licence for international operations should be withdrawn. After all no one can be permitted to discredit the nation on any excuse and personal gain. more
Basically Indigo is a low fare airlines, although it is not providing at really low fare. It is black mailing the passengers and exploiting also. Among all the airlines, it is proving a seat at less than Rs. 500 or so. We prefer such flights and blame them. why???? more
It's true to have a standards of services provided by the Airlines. There are no. of componenets get skewed in cheap ticket travelling. Any food item served to passenger, it's extremely costly, even a small bottle of water is not of right quality, space to keep legs is insuffcient, quality & comfort of seat etc. Govt. either fix the minimum air fare with a provision of facilities are provided as per norms or fix a guidelines of levying charge for each facilities provided as per norms. Now a days sometimes, flight journey is absolutely uncomfortable in absence of any standards. It needs a full review and frame the guidelines to discipline the Airlines. more
Why do the Airlines behave in a very poor way. Can they not provide comfort to travelling public. more
This should be banned for International Travel ,they first improve more
