Poor contact tracing by Delhi for Covid

Delhi CM seems to have pretty much given up on contact tracing for Covid-19. Between this and the high share of RAT testing pretty much ensures Delhi infections aren't going away in a hurry. See attached as reported in news. more

It is risky now a days. No body is following rules. more  
Kejriwal does not have funds left for such tasks. He has already spent a lot of money in TV advertisements, showing his stupid picture to all several times a day on several channels. more  
and delhi government only increases school limit month wise i think they wanted young children to get contracted with this diseases, whom immunity is in developing stages, and schools are going to charge full fees in coming months too more  
the fear of covid is not there and the follow of rule and guidelines are at low level. even the restaurants and market places are not following the SOP more
