Pollution survey
Why is LocalCircles not sharing polls on bad air quality in Noida Ghaziabad infact most of UP struggles with pollution. Its very bad in Kanpur Lucknow too. Hope everyone votes and this leads to some action. I can smell it inside home now.

Pollution can only be controlled at source, whatever wherever it may be. All smoke emitting units irrespective of size, sector should be shut down or asked to install smoke control devices. more

The basic problem is our huge population. Unless population is forcibly reduced by a law , pollution will keep on increasing and no government can do anything about it. And what have individuals like you done to reduce pollution??? Nothing!! People just make comments to show off their intellectual capacity. Will you give up your cars and motorcycles and simply walk or cycle to work? NO. Will you stop consuming unnecessarily all sorts of things not really required by humans? NO. Then just enjoy the pollution and stop complaining. more

What we need to talk about is.... WHAT IS OUR CONTRIBUTION IN REDUCING POLLUTION? We are invariably expecting the Governments to do something. Governments make rules ---- which we do not follow. Further, if we get caught flouting the rules---- we go on protests and talk about right to liberty etc. more
