H'ble President to Regulate suitably and H'ble SC to understand, interfere and Control these illdoings and save Democratic Rule in India. more

This is due to the following facts: a) Poor quality of public representative. b) Lack of proper education of the politicians c) Poor educational facilities in the rural area for the public. d) Poor quality district administration e) Callous attitude of the state administration. f) No effective monitoring of the central administration more
These 6 points r absolutely Important for Implementation more
India is foolish enough to allow parties formed solely on the basis of religion like Owaisi's AIMM and send their MPs to parliament. President should be petitioned to ban any political party whose ai9m is to serve a particular caste or religion. The politicians who call themselves secular are the worst of the lot. For them Owaisi is the pinnacle of secularism. more

There is a very very simple solution to this kind of what you called in your own words, "ill-doings". The solution is devised by me in four simple steps as follows:--- 1. All the 'Election Manifestos' of all Nationalized Indian Political Parties must be converted into 'Affidavitizable Indemnity Bonds' (AIBs) which are to be registered with stamping under the Indian Stamp Act's processings, firstly. 2. Since the President of India being the Constitutional Head of the Indian Republic, all such AIBs will be received by His Excellency on the Presidential Table only for his grand consent or grand dismissal in one stroke only. 3. Those AIBs which survive Presidential grand Consent become eligible for National Elections. 4. Those AIBs that service Presidential grand dismissal becomes ineligible for National Elections. more
