Please suggest what to be included in our daily diet for 'Calcium'

Hello Anubha and Dr. Mittal, I heard that most of the women have 'Calcium' deficiency at later age around 50.
I am 36, Can you please suggest what should we include in daily diet so as we don't face this problem later. ( Milk is already part of my daily diet). I believe in natural sources, supplements is always the last choice-Thanks. more

Anubha, Any vegetable/fruit/nuts that has Some amount of calcium? Although I am not having any problem yet, not at all. but just wanted to stay healthy and to avoid taking any medicines later. I badly Hate them. more
hi Renuka, with calcium, vit D is important to have a complete absorption and use of calcium, natural or supplement. i suggest u get that tested for the levels too. and its not low calcium, its osteoporosis that u r talking about, a fall of calcium density in bones. and frankly, its a misconcept that only females develop it. even males develop osteoporosis. more
