Plan for Circles and your inputs
Dear Friends,
Thanks for all your inputs on the various priorities and discussions so far. For the new members, the whitepapers submitted to PMO and various ministries from this circle are available at:

This circle Transform India with Narendra Modi will continue to be our National Circle for enabling Citizen participation in Governance. Based on your inputs, we are currently evaluating the following Ministry/Department circles:
1) Making Railways Better
2) Improving Consumer Service/Affairs
3) Income Tax
4) Corruption and Transparency
Separate from these, the BJP Communication Cell is evaluating constituency local circles to connect citizens in constituencies and their elected representative to address local issues like Power, Water, Safety, Sanitation etc. Pilots have begun in Delhi/NCR constituencies.
The national and ministry circles provide us an effective way to track progress with reference to the BJP 2014 Manifesto as well as provide a way for every citizen to have a say and give inputs for Governance.
The constituency local circles once rolled out can provide a way for citizens to come together and work together on local issues as a collective voice as well as work with the elected MP in their constituency.
We welcome your inputs on both Ministry/Department and Constituency circles as we do the ground work for both of these.
