Pkd dAte hidden in side folded wrapper and written on dark background.

Today, in 21st century, customer interests are not protected properly.for example, mostly used chocklates, let It be cadbury, or other, the expiry date is not mentioned clearly in open space of wrapper. Only pkd on is given on folded part of wrapper,on inside portion on black background, which sometimes becomes difficult to search by shopkeeper, if asked about expiry date.
There is enough spaCe on wrapper to write price.and other informations, but till what date ,we can use, is missing.
Pkd date is not so important to customer, it's expiry date ,month, year is important to customer.
Hope, this will also be considered as nutrition parameter. more

We have bunches of departments and authorities to look after all such issues directly related to consumers' interests. But they seldom show their inclination to perform their duties discretely and awfully fail to ensure compliance of provisions of the respective laws. This only indicates that they are in connivance with the manufacturers/readers in flaunting rules and laws. more
Please read traders in place of readers more
Expiration dates often donot indicate whether food is still safe to eat. Massive amount of food items are thrown away prematurely which are perfectly safe food due to misinterpretation over expiration date labels. This amounts to massive food waste. Two labels might help - one that shows food is at highest quality and another that shows when the food is no longer safe to eat. more
We have laws but, they are followed neither in the letter nor in the spirit. more
Respective authorities answerable to the dilemma faced by consumers. more
Expiry date need to be written and should be visible in normal condition. more
