PF SMS Facilities
Registered employees are not getting PF SMS messages on PF details .Also, unable to register the names of newly covered employees to avail the PF SMS Facility. Any Suggestion please. more

Recently, the EPF site was upgraded with introduction of a unified portal for employers as well as members. When members are registered, their mobile numbers would have been mentioned in the application. Once UAN (Unique Account No.) is given, the member has to activate the same with the given password. One can change the mobile no. by logging into the UAN eSEVA. Thereafter, it is essential to furnish KYC details like Aadhar, PAN, Bank Account, etc. Recently, EPFO has advised that all members must update their Aadhaar in KYC before 31.3.2017. Please go the website and read the recent circulars. Many things will become clear. more

EPFO is highly disorganised. It needs to be made responsive and effective - the purpose for which it has been created. Right now EPFO is a known corrupt dispensation. more
