sir, i know my a/c number and every detail about my epf .but employer is not signing and pf office also playing hand in glove with employers .we cannot fight against employers and pf office will not help.like that PF office has accumulated around,000 crores. whose money is that .poor labourers like us-and they have our address and every detail why cant pf office disbursing that amount to labourers unilaterally after a certain period of time . no govt official is worried about this and not the govt any issues we cannot also go to their office for a number of times.who is responsible for this 27000 crores accumulated .laboures or employers 0r pf officials. finally the loss is to the labourers.PF office has got all details about the accounts and it has to settle unilaterally in the benefit of labourers whose hard earned money has been taken forcefully during his tenure. the final period may be around 1-2 years after the final payment in the account and has to be returned in favour of labourer.
