PF sattlement from previous employer
When i joined new organization i provided them my UAN so that they can map it with new PF account. It was updated on EPF portal in 6 months. Then i raised an online transfer of PF from my last orgamization to new organizarion. After 10 months i am seeing status in my previous employer account as "Settled but not updatd" & balance is 0. While in my new PF a/c details shows the record of transfer but amount showing is not including the previous employer amount.
Does it mean amount is transfered to my PF a/c from new organizarion or it is like money is gone from old a/c but not credited to new PF a/c.
I am not sure where is the issue in showing
1. Status of previous employee account details
2. Amount showing in new PF account details. more
In view of updation of software, most of the reports on EPF site are erroneous. Hence, don't get worried. However, please lodge your complaint on PF website. more
I faced the same issue and was advised to submit hard copy Form 13 application to new employer. I have done that and am waiting for the results. more
Submit grievance to the respective PF office by either Reg Post Ack due, or online- showing printouts of the balance details. If there is no reply, call the office. Still if there is no action, you may try filing RTI as someone in the forum has suggested more

Amount should be there except pension fund. Please visit ur pf office or submit grievance online. more
