PF Rules:
Recently Govt. of India has withdrawn income tax on interest upon withdrawal from PF. However there is no clarity on facilities of withdrawal of PF as per earlier rules on 1.Leaving the services/employment, 2.Any time due to urgency i.e. in case of marriage of children, building house, medical treatment, any other urgency, 3.Before RETIREMENT age, 4. Interest on accumulated fund, Interest on dormant PF.
Have all rules regarding withdrawal remains same after this budget. Does it mean that any person who has left the service and no more in any employment can withdraw all fund in PF, the limits of withdrawal remain the same and there is no need to wait this retirement to withdraw all accumulated fund in PF
Members and experts are requested to post their views on clarity on the above aspects. more

i think Employee money you can but employer contribution you cannot n o clarity about this more
There is no change in rules regarding EPF in Budget 2016 according to my knowledge. more
The Govt is summarily responsible for such vague laws, taking advantage of loop holes and loot the public. Irrespective of any Govt., their job is to shave salaried public only. You will still observe tax cheating big moneyed people, some politicians etc. But the Govt will completely shave ours. We should be ashamed of being in India under such conditions. Be it any FM, their focus is on the tax paying salaried people ONLY. We must unianimously protest to get our rights exercised. Let us join all the groups. Let us be united. more
I am Agreed with SARAVANAN MANOHARAN, the money is earned by us the (employee) and to withdraw our money only we will have ti wait till 58 years. or we can withdraw only the 50% of the employee share is not a good practice. if you need the money for marriage, construction of house, new house, land purchage, etc. then we should be able to remove the entire amount which is there in our PF Account. more
permanent withdrawl for purchase of dwelling house, marraige of dependents still hold good. Since Govt. is thinking of paying interest on dormant accounts, for withdrawal of full amount without any further employment, one will have to wait till attaining the age of 58 yrs. more
