PF not being cleared by previous employer.
i was in a school a few years back.
when i resigned they refused to sign of my PF transfer and still the request is pending with them.
when i insisted they said that they will be sending a legal notice to me that i had taken a loan from them and am not paying it back and they have done it a few teachers.
How can i transfer my PF to the new employer. more

You can transfer by clicking on this link http://oeoea.epfoservices.com/UANDEDUP/ or visit epf site you will One Employee - One EPF Account but you must have UAN for present employee. more

you can submit form 10C/13 to the Enforcement officer of the nearest RPFC with the complain/plaint in this regards. more

You apply online PF withdrawal through epfo site with help of UAN number. School need to clear within stipulated time. If they refuse / give invalid reason, you can rise grievance with all details. more
