Dear Pankaj, Pl. check your online PF passbook and collect PF withdrawal form from your office & get it signed from authorised signatory of your company where you worked and submit it in EPFO regional office after three months of of discontinuation of your service. They will process it and within 2 months you will get your amount in your bank account. Dear Pankaj You can whithdraw your PF from. First u need to check where your PF is deposited by your employer (Like PF Bandra office /Delhi office...) Its is mentioned in payslip contact them submit the form with PAN and current bank proof / Cancel cheque. But recommended you to transfer your old PF to your current employer else as per limit it will be taxable. You may check your PF balance on www.vpdconsultants.com or Through EPFO portal, grievance can be raised. URL : https://epfigms.gov.in/. Member should have an active UAN to register a grievance. Member has an option to view the status and send reminders. Any claim status can also be used by submitting the UAN details. more
Hi Pankaj Members are also allowed to withdraw the entire amount and opt for final settlement if they remain unemployed for more than two months. The EPFO has now changed rules for withdrawal in the event of loss of job. Members will be allowed to withdraw 75% of the accumulated corpus after a month of termination of service.Oct 12, 2018, please visit EPFO portal , details available more
