PF Family Pension not received
I had a long service with one organisation. But since my department of that organization was merged with another organization, technically I had PF from 2 companies (their own trusts).
PF (Only PF and not FPF part of it) of my 1st company was transferred to the second company and on retirement I received the total PF from the 2nd Company.
But my Family pension from both the companies are with with 2 different locations of Govt. PF. On several requests these 2 FPF parts are not merged and also I not getting pensions. PF dept is telling some forms are not received from the companies and each company is blaming one another.
Now whom to approach and how to resolve the problem to get my family pension? more
Mr. Raj RT ,first of all you have to submit Form 13 D ( new one) to the appropriate PF commissioner through your previous employers to obtain "K" from in regard to transfer of accumulated PF amount to ultimate employer and after transfer of all amount to ultimate PF a/c. of your last employer who will process your case to the appropriate PF office for further processing of the case to release your pension under the scheme ( as per your choice ) of EPF 95.
Can anybody tell how to get me PF if i got only offer letters but not the payslip n even the epf number was mot generated . more

U have to approached ist company to transfer ur pension fund to 2nd company then u can claim the pension from 2nd comoany . if the ist company not listen u then u can approached concerned PF office of first company directly with details they will guide u accordingly more
