Umasree & Ganpathi have given you the right advice. Please note bank account has to be single (No joint) & select a bank convenient for you to visit every November for verification( mandatory), more
Hi, As per your details you have been worked in india for two establishment. You have not withdrawn the PF contribution sofar. Please note that if you are working now in india then you have to arrange for transfer of proceeds to the existing employer PF account. Or else, you can withdraw this PF claim separately for two establishments. You can prepare Form 19 & 10C mentioning all the details asked for and enclose cancelled cheque leaf of your individual bank account.(see that in the cheque leaf your name is given or you have to enclose the bank first page pass book details like Name account number IFSC code etc.,) if the contribution is more than 30,000/ Rs. then enclose form 15 G two sets and your Pan card xerox. after this you have to obtain the signature from your ex employer for submission to the respective PF office. You can also arrange for merger of one to another but this will take long time and also you are not working in either company hence claim is better. Last but not least you have to give self declaration letter stating that why delay in claiming the PF amount. Address to Regional PF commissioner, respective PF office address. Thanks and Regards, G. Kumar more
Dear Raghu, Umasree has given you the right advice. Additionally you may have to avail support from HR department of your past employers to expedite the withdrawal. Best wishes. more
I presume you want to withdraw the PF amount now. if you are not working now you may withdraw the amount. Please speak to your previous Employer for a copy of the following forms, or download it from the EPFO portal 1. Form 19 - PF Closure Form * Mandatory 2. Form 10C - PF Withdrawal Form *Mandatory 3. Cancelled Cheque Leaf of the bank where you hold an active account and to which you would require your PF amount to be deposited. Your name should be written (typed) in the cheque. * Mandatory. Note: 1. In the appropriate spaces provided in the Form 19 and Form 10C, affix 1 Re/- Revenue stamp and put your signature across the stamp. 2. Form to be filled in black ink Hope this helps. You need to do one set for each of the employer unless you Xferred the PF amount from the bangalore company to UP Company. if you did Xfer do one set with the last employer. more
