PF Advance withdrawl
I want to withdraw certain amount from my PF account for buying a FLAT, I know it is possible by filling form 31 and submitting it along with other documents, need to know in this case the cheque issued by EPFO will be in favor of the builder or I can ask for to issue cheque on my name. more

Its not a loan from bank to buy flat its your money in bank and you are liquidating the funds. The amount would come in your name whatever reason you may specify..:) more

IDEALLY PAYMENT SHOULD HAPPEN IN YOUR NAME ONLY EVEN YOU WANT IN THE NAME OF BUILDER WHICH IS NOT GOOD AND ALSO NOT DESIRABLE. more
