Performance ranking for all state government cities towns. Top 100 in india.

Dear Sir when I drive at national highway I thanks to Nitin gadkari sir for his wounderful work. However when I start riding on state highway and city roads they are in so bad shape, pot holes, rough. Corruption in state government is very high in all sectors. I think centre should have some monitory body on every state government who can check quality and budget of each contract work. what they are doing with the funds and why no work is happening. I come to know from road contractor in my friend circles that more than 50% of construction amount he have to pay as a commission to officers including police no money remain for building road and he have to do some sub standard work by force which is very dangerous for public safety.

Just go and see how other countries work how their system and quality of work is so good. I truly think state government are looter and corruption level is very high. So we have to start giving ranking to generate healthy compition for state and cities under states. So they will realise how bad their government of state are performing. more

Unless there is an element of fear, our corruption shall not end and here we have the fence eating the field. Who can blame whom? The auditing by a central govt appointed body may solve the problem. more
Most important is that JUDICIARY SHALL UPHOLD CORRUPTION CONTROLS OF GOI more
State governments not taking much interest and the contractors use low quality of materials and maintenance also very poor. more
Suggestion for amendment in Motor Vehicle Act. Penalty on concerned administration / department for potholes on the road. If there is an accident on the road due to pot holes then then there must be penalty on the road maintenance authority. About 25% of penalty amount has to be borne by the employees in the chain responsible for maintenance and 75% should be brone by the department. The victims of the accident should be provided compensation + free treatment. more
