Have small portions of simple food, every two hours - like the Japanese and Chinese do, try avoid coffee/tea, non-veg, oily masala fried foods. 4. Sat Isabgol - Flea seed husk, is available at all chemists. a table spoon of this husk mixed in a glass of water, with little sugar and some orange juice, wait for 30 mins and stir it well and drink it, can help a lot. The husk fibers cling to the ulcerated area, protecting the area from further onslaught by acids, giving it a chance to rebuild. This must be done when no other food intake is planned. Maybe you could also try Subja seeds ( Tulsi seeds) used in falooda. Subja seeds are available mostly at shops selling traditional foodstuff. Soaked in water and taken - works wonders.
