uan number will not change as it is unique. from the pf office you may get. from the report only if some of the amount has been transfered under the head FPF your are eligible for pension, which will give you a clear picture of your deductions. more

Approach your Regional PF office rquesting them to check why PPO (Pension payment order) has not been released for your last PF No. . if you have submitted duly filled up form 10D Submission of form 10D ( Duly filled and certified by your last employer) to the applicable Regional PF Office is the first requirement. Regional PF office will check whether all past service details mentioned in 10D matches to their record, if it is not then all past services has to be brought under your last PF NO. (which in itself will be a big big task) more

It same case with me as retirement in early 2013 , there were no UAN proceeded. EPF withdrawn in 2016 from 2 employers from different states. Contributed to EPS95 even as exempt category. Anyone here suggest how to go about to start getting family pension due , now with increased amount as per last salary drawn, with due contribution above 3.5% of employers contribution to the fund. more
