Pearl Honda sec 37 not returning my car

I had given my accord for repair on 1st week of 2015. They kept hanging me for a year that parts were not available. The insurance company kept asking Pearl Honda to provide all legitimate documents but they didn't. As a result the insurance company closed my claim. I had to follow up with the insurance company to open the claim. I have offered Mr. Atul Kapoor the MD of Pearl Honda that since it's been one and a half years so take whatever money the insurance company is giving and return my car. In the last one year I had sent them several emails and have their call recordings. There is still no communication from the company.
Can someone help me teach this company a lesson? more

Please do not go to any party now. Approach consumer court with all details. Do not engage any lawyers. Tell them you will project your case to the president of the consumer court personally. They will settle and pass the judgement within 6 months. Thanks more

The estimate given a year and a half back was 1.5lacs and now they have shared a bill of 3.0lacs.. more
