There are so many contractual govt. jobs atleast under state govt.....recently Orissa govt. regularised 57K contract service....there are other examples as well. Many private contracts are without EPF as transfer is sometimes very difficult. Now one can understand why one state to other state transfer is difficult as they have to publish data and hold the fund????? There is definite shrinkage in the job market to comply with SDG 17 of UN......no one talks about it???? more
