Pathetic experience from OYO

I am currently facing similar situation. First I was surprised to learn that there was difference in the tariff when I reached the hotel. I had to pay more what I was supposed to pay, however I am promised to get the extra amount, when I check out. Secondly the basic aminities like TV and AC not working. After speaking to a us number of OYO service managers, there‚Äôs no resolution. I thought of having a pleasant and restful day, but it came out to be a struggling day. I must say OYO is not living up to the customer expectations that they have only set up. They are now earning a bad name. Booking ID: SJQB5239 more

I experience a bitter expence by booking through OYO. The hotel room booked by me through OYO was more than what was, then charged by the hotel. more  
OYO degrading their service these days. more  
I agree - OYO is not living up to the customer expectations. more  
Every since I had a pathetic experience at OYO, Mandaveli, Chennai, I have stopped booking through them, however low is the cost and whatever good reviews are there. more  
It may have been much more effective if the particular OYO property was named by you. Why should they be afforded the comfort of anonymity ? more
