Parcel from Zomato Tampered again!!!!

Again ?Parcel from zomato was not sealed and when it comes home for delivery I find it filled only half filled.
When I reached out to customer support for the same I received no help from there as well instead they tell me that THE QUANTITY IS PROPER and this will not happen again.
It’s really unfortunate and shocking how Zomato is functioning.
People order food online expecting it to be safe and this is how it is delivered?No FSSA Standards are being followed !!!
There is no inspection nothing at all.

The fact is that standards are not followed at all. Even a big and nice looking restaurant does not follow food standards. So when you have prepared your mind to eat food which is not at fssai standard then only use zomato or other online food platforms. To confirm this is not the situation of online but most of the restaurants and hotels even.
Now talking about Zomato services. I have reported issues to them a few times and they listened to it and instantly refunded me the amount as well as they provided the feedback to restaurant as well. whatever city we are but we connect to same customer service. So I want to say that call them and inform about the issue and if they do not offer a refund then ask for it. Also you can report it to Municipal corporation or FSSAI authority about it by going to their website or different cities have their personal applications or websites to report such issues.
Swiggy is a little advanced in this as when you report an issue it is automatically asks if you want to report, refund etc. If you choose refund you get refund instantly automatically without a human intervention. But do not do that multiple times otherwise you will be blocked.

You can also raise your issue to pgportal.gov.in

in order to fix issues we need to raise our voice, we need to spend some time and take some pain to report it to the right place. send notice to some whenever required. approach consumer forum if required.

Also understand the pain of restaurant and zomato services as things are not always the same as we see them. more  
it is better to stop depending on these vendors and learn to cook to stay safe. more  
same thing happened with us. the food delivered to us was spoil. when i called restaurant they said they can not help about it talk to zomato. when i called zomato customer care they also made excuse that they can not help. neither restaurant takes responsibility nor zomato. i uninstalled zomato after that. they have established them self's so they dont care about customers anymore. more  
We should not encourage these Guys more  
Zomato's customer service is worst. Once your payment is received by them, they compketely forget customer's interest. I have also bad experience twice. more
