OYO devoured my money

It's about a trip few months back. I was on a holiday with my husband, my elder brother and my bhabhi. We booked an OYO resort in Coorg for 2 days and paid for it. We then got to know that the bookings for the next day have been cancelled because of some system issues in OYO, and we'll have to check-out of the hotel the next morning. We being new to the town had to leave the town and stay at Mysore the next night.

I've complained a lot many times but my money for the cancellation hasn't been refunded yet.

Whenever I call, mail or tweet to OYO then they ask me some more time to resolve the issue. It's already been 4 months. I don't understand how much more time do they need to refund my money. more

it is not the OYO story alone..the same arrogant behaviour can be seen even in OLA services too..even for untravelled dostance they charge and when refunding comes, they play innocent and still cheat people one by one..hate to use any of these benami unethical services. more  
Such things can happen, Ms Mishra. But you had the right to INSIST on not vacating the premises so easily, if you had their written confirmation. It was their problem, not yours. more  
OYO has become too big to be managed properly by a upstart. Initial success has gone to their head. Avoid OYO. Meanwhile take-up with Consumer Protection. more  
No doubt such agencies are floated in big no. in recent times. You are not the one, others are also complaining against the agency. One should have full knowledge on an agency prior to strike any commercial transaction, otherwise such stupid experience one has to have. Such fradulent practice s are quite high in these days, still people are showing inclination and cheated. Such agency usually has no regular establishment to address the issue. however you keep a continued knocking to have a positive response but don't expect much. more  
this system issue thing or computer not working or printer not working or download so in so - upload so in so or after giving full order on a phone call sorry ????? excuse ??? its with almost everyone now Banks the leaders ? question is if customer has to do all the work pay the customer including GOVT OF INDIA WORK ? ONLINE IS THEIR CONVINIENCE MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE n then ???? all these are signs of so called acche din ? OYO is just one Company the whole system is made to protect the interests of the CORPORATES n GOVT itself ? when the sarkar is of JUMLA WHAT CAN BE EXPECTED ???? more
