It's about a trip few months back. I was on a holiday with my husband, my elder brother and my bhabhi. We booked an OYO resort in Coorg for 2 days and paid for it. We then got to know that the bookings for the next day have been cancelled because of some system issues in OYO, and we'll have to check-out of the hotel the next morning. We being new to the town had to leave the town and stay at Mysore the next night.
I've complained a lot many times but my money for the cancellation hasn't been refunded yet.
Whenever I call, mail or tweet to OYO then they ask me some more time to resolve the issue. It's already been 4 months. I don't understand how much more time do they need to refund my money. more
