This is to bring under your notice an incident that happened with me during my stay at hotel on dtd 03.11.19 edition o capital o.i had done my booking in the said premisses from 3 nov to 8 nov.but when i reach at the hotel and check in than after we found that room is not matching with the pics that uploaded in oyo app an room is in very poor condition and not hygine.we complained regarding this to oyo customer no.and we have faced lots of struggle during call we had talk to atleast 17 oyo members including 5 manager 2 executive manager and we asked for refund of our amount cause we dont want to stay at this hotel and they behaved so erogently and noone can make our request fullfill.after all this issues i decided to contact you.sir please make any action regarding this.
I have seen customers going through same kind of issues with this oyo hotels,is this your dream of making hotel business sir,your executives will ruin your made oyo hotel sir. The ultimate bad experience is when the customers tries to reach the customer service, they put us on hold for hours.i'd threatened to put it up in social media.if the customers wants its money back,you give it back.you do'nt keep them hanging and hope they give up.
I didn't think that sir you are aware of how your business operations are being handled and its such a shame.
