One rate one product must

It is important to fix one rate on one product as GST covers the entire value chain of the product. Taxing various variants of one product on different rates, produced in same factory with similar raw material& labour, does not make sense.

lET ALL AIR LINES AND RAILWAYS FIX MRP FOR PEAK LOAD PERIODS / DAYS AND CAN DISCOUNT IN LEAN PERIODS IF THEY SO WISH. THEY SHOULD SHEN AWAY EXPLOITATION OF HELPLESS URGENTLY NEEDING. THE SEATS ARE OR NOT AVAILABLE. YES THEY CAN CHARGE EXORBITANTLY IF CREATING ADDITIONAL SEATS OR BY ACCOMMODATING ON THEIR STAFF'S BERTHS/SEATS more
items of mass consumption for middle and lower class need to be lower than high end products which cater only to the rich people who can afford to pay more and who will not buy the basic model since as everyone knows it is below their status to have a say a 165 litre refrigerator than a double door 800 litre which middle class people may not buy it more
Tomorrow you will say.... why higher Income tax rate for people earning salary of, say, Rs. 50 lakhs for month? Let them pay the same rate of Income Tax as those earning Rs. 40,000/- a month? more
The idea is to tax more for items of higher cost. Whats wrong in that? If you can afford a Refrigerator costing 1,00,000/- you can as well pay 6% higher Tax. Nothing wrong in that. more
Yes. One rate, one product in the same region or state is very much possible and workable, and will be easy for tax calculations. more
