One country one cast

Lets be politically correct: No caste, only Indian or anti national. more  

1. One Country One Caste is ever impossible like One Country - One Religion or such practice and qualities . Most countries have different sects under the Same Religion . 2. Neither Casts nor Religions had earlier such discriminations / purposeful cornering / willful highlight ; as are being addressed in Independent India . 3. Every Religion had its upteem Coordination and Co-operation in the livelyhood of these Human beings brought from an antiquity with different Casts and Sects . 4. The very system of addressing benefits or grants or a distinctive Rule separating the People/ Human-beings BASED ON CASTS/SECTS was not existed in India under the Rule of Indians . 5. The very method of identifying those Citizen that require grants and help from the Rule in India through the new system of Political Democracy that was formulated , had no alternative to guaranteed provision of these to those really need . Hence only the Castes were concluded in the Constitution WHILE STAGING THESE CASTES AS ANTI-NATIONAL and that creates rivalry between one caste with another . 6. THE NON APPLICATION OF UNIFORM CIVIL CODE under article 44 ; DERIVING CASTES OUT OF " CLASSES " ARE REALLY THE ONE AND ONLY ONE ROOT CAUSE OF THE Castes Calamity followed by Indian Political Democracy at Political Interest only . Here , in this connection , the issue of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes only was specifically concluded in the Constitution using the name of CASTES who really then and even after these SIX AND HALF DECADES , have been far off the Rule in India and , also away from the Constitutional Benefits in reality WHILE STILL THOSE WHO ARE ECONOMICALLY WELL EQUIPPED , ARE CONSIDERED FOR SUCH GRANTS AND BENEFITS and this ill is only the carry by the deviated Political administration in India which the Supreme Court of India identified as at 90s and directed the then Congress Government " TO WORK FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF UNIFORM CIVIL CODE IN 1991 " ;;;; " Economy Base for Government Grants and Benefits to those poorest of the Poor eliminating those already in well placed Status ARRESTING THE WHOLE CASTES FOR SUCH BENEFITS WHICH IN DEED IS THE MISCARRY IN 1993 ITSELF " The Justified intention of the Supreme Court also is observed in 2015 where they raised the issue of UNIFORM CIVIL CODE ;;;; and the Executive Governments' s way of approach is still on CASTE BASED AS IDENTIFIED IN JATS ISSUE AND , KAPU [NAIDU] CASTES ISSUE now under uplift . 7. So , Only Supreme Court's Constitutional Bench can solve the Problem of eliminating Castes in all , for all and at all bringing in the justified UNIFORM CIVIL CODE and , implementing IDENTIFIED CLASSES OF CITIZEN for government Benefits and Grants including Reservations , Relaxations , subsidies and Concessions please . more  

Can this point be considered? more  

The concern here is not removing the reservation module of India but making all the citizens of India equal in every aspect.....The reservation system will automatically vanish...Equality among humans will prevail as as people will have only one caste ...As rightly pointed out,who will tie the bell...Yes it is a difficult task but if somebody makes an attempt...Say RSS...Encouraging every member to have caste as "Bhartiya"...Baba Ramdev"....."Sri sri Ravi shankar"..."amma".."govindacharya"..."shankaracharya" etc in one voice and pitch to eradicate the evil of castism in India...It is possible .... It should not be forced so nobody will question ...It should be voluntary... If the present govt can open 18 crore bank accounts....18 crore people can also convert to "bhartiya" casts...The people in "bhartiya" caste will be able to marry their children within "bhartiya" caste and within their "parent caste... All the Bhartiya people will surely support BJP.. more  

Historically, a child was accepted into a caste by his abilities, i.e: fighting, farming, learning, etc. It was never about his parents. But it changed over the centuries, as the method of becoming a King was not ability but birth. This gradually percolated down to all the castes. But to blame it on the British...? No doubt they used it to keep us divided, but they did not create it. And we have to admit that we allowed them divide us. This state of affairs is very important to politicians. A member of the dominant caste/tribe is sent to that particular area and use his caste to gather votes. They will never try to eliminate castes. Do you think that they will bother to gain votes by actually working for the benefit of their voters? more
