OLA Cab

Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd)We had an horrible experience with OLA outstation yesterday while traveling from Delhi to Dehradun, the total distance by Google Map between Delhi to Dehradun is 250 Km, which was also show while booking the cab. The estimated bill amount was INR 5k ,we were shocked when we ended trip ans Ola said we traveled 500 km , how is this possible, how did the distance between delhi and dehradun got doubled . In addition although in terms and conditions it was written toll ans taxes include driver asked us to pay INR 700 for tax and toll other than bill and for a one way ride we were asked to pay to and fro toll. When we called Ola support they said yes the fare is correct, taxes and toll is also correct and above all the distance travelled is also 500 km. For an estimate fare of 5k if the customers has to pay the double then it is nothing else then sheer loot.Your t&c clearly says toll and taxes are included but customer support says its not more

Yes, they are doing like that. Recently I also had very bad experience. I was travelling from Delhi stn. Ajmeri Gate To Indira Gandhi Airport and while searching for cab I checked the estimated price as between Rs.171 to Rs.220. Three times I searched but couldn't booked cab, finally when it was booked estimated fare was Rs.190. But when I was dropped at airport the final fare came at Rs.591. I immediately took the matter with customer care but it has passed more than 10vdays and yet to be resolved. I must mention here that there was no heavy traffic on the route and it took only 40 minutes to ride. In the fare break up, there is an entry of Rs.283.76 (as fare increase) which tells mischief on their part. more  
Very dishonest.Ola MGT shud be hauled up. more

Dont Hire OLA for one way to outstation. It is costliest.
Fare is manageable if you hire both way in 24 hr duration. more  
Not advisable to hire ola or Uber for out station trips. more
