Dear friends, do understand that nothing is being hidden by scientists or world bodies or eminent research institutions all over the world. Please understand, where immunization is failing is well publicized, but where it is working is equally well communicated. A request would be not to bring in elements of doubt on science and scientific methods or interpretations or advice. In fact, WHO and major scientific health authorities and public health authorities have clearly mandated that newer research will be directed and funded not by pharmaceutical or other industry with business stakes but by world scientific bodies with the aim of greatest benefit to mankind. Even small pockets of unvaccinated or partially vaccinated populations are the reservoirs of the virus providing chance to the virus in these pockets to mutate and bring forward newer and newer variants with properties and behavior beyond even scientific models to predict with any certainty. Let us please not contribute even well meaning but unscientific interpretation or advice - even if small percentages of us human beings who listen to such advice will contribute to the entire humanity losing our fight against this rogue virus that has been with us for over two years. Mat karo, please... Vaccination karwao, 100 % hone do, let us as a nation, and also as world citizens, also contribute to the poorer nations so that vaccination of the entire world beyond 70% can happen - that then will give the world, and us, our best chance of seeing the pandemic becoming controllable. more

You need to show two types of evidence: 1) that the virus does NOT mutate in vaccinated people, 2) that the virus mutates in unvaccinated people. Would prefer references to scientific literature.

The possibility of such individuals needing oxygen support is around 8% and the risk of ICU admission is only 6% in vaccinated persons: - Dr VK Paul, Member-Health, Niti Aayog This is to avoid the situation of 2nd wave effects not to repeat, that vaccination Drives were undertaken; the Virus didn't spare the ones who had taken 2doses, and found its way through Breakthrough Infections and evading Immune systems. So many states ahve started emphasising the need for "Precaution Dose - the third one" for the those workers who are exposed and the ones vulnerable. While that is on the one side , Vaccine manufacturers have the early birds and well as the new ones have sprung up to gear upto the situation to supply for the huge numbers in India, Exports outof India, Free supply to the countries porer thanUs. So it will be too early to comment on the Gearing up of Total Vaccination of the Population and furthering future Plans. more

I think ultimately it will be proven over a period of time that vaccine are not working for any variant, it is good to have feeling similar to our doctor promote influenza vaccines every time the winter starts, but is it is not effective more

I agree partially but in case of Omicron, the variant is so weak there is no hospitalisation. It is already proven around the world based on stats, so don’t give credit to vaccine for 3rd wave low hospitalisation. I feel the need of vaccines will be over as new variants will be even more weaker, but pharna agencies will continue to spread fear as they want to churn money more

Vaccine is not to prevent infection but to prevent severity caused of infection of covid19. Vaccination has worked very much as hospitalizations are very low in this 3rd wave & ICU mostly unvacinated patients. Prevention is Wear masks follow social distancing & sanitization. more
