Non-refund of fare by Air-India

My AIr India flight # AI-636 from Delhi to Ahmedabad on 8-May-2011 was cancelled. I got my air ticket endorsed by the Air India staff at the Delhi airport for claiming the refund (attached herewith).

It has been more than four years and despite many reminders / follow ups Air India has not refunded the fare for the cancelled flight. Attempt to escalate the matter to the Managing Director, Air India also did not yield any result.

I don't know who is accountable for such lapses and what is the punishment? In case of such lapse by any ordinary citizen, he or she is liable to pay the amount with penal interest. What happens in this case??? more

can someone share an email id of air india management by which my plea can reach air india's ceo/md? it has been more than six years and air india has not refunded money for the cancelled flight. the flight was cancelled by them. number of mails were written but to no avail. now i want to write directly to mr lohani, the new ceo of air india. appreciate if someone can share his email id. more  
1. Adwordservices. DLF Cyber City Sector-24,Building No - 8, Tower B Gurgaon, Haryana 122002, India. as per their proposal of 11/07/15 taken a payment of Rs 18000/- on the dates as 15/0715- (Rs 7200 ); 25/08/15- (Rs 5400); 27/08/15 -( Rs 5400 ) to upload my business data and website on Google front pages.
2. As soon as payment of Rs 18000/- was made to them, their commitment was to upload my business data &website data immediately on Google front pages, But MY BUSINESS & WEBSITE DATA HAD NOT BEEN UPLOADED ON GOOGLE FRONT PAGES till date
3. Anoter amount of Rs 18,000/- was taken from me ( Rs 5000/- for web page/site development and domain registration ) ( Rs 8000/- was taken on 01/10/15 for MCW software for faster uploading my business data & website data immediately on Google front pages) (Rs 5000/- was taken for NCR promotion on of 08/10/15 which has not started till date)
4. But my ad campaign have not been started by them on various google services pages viz search engines, google+ pages, google map etc.as till date inspite of requesting daily through email and mobile phone communication since middle of October 2015 onwards.
5. Since November 2015, they have not replied to my emails and not taken the call.
6. Therefore not honoring assurances, commitment and promises, I requested them to refund an amount of Rs 36000/- paid to them. They did not refunded the amount, and blacked out their phone an emails.
7. In my consumer court, I filed a complaint on 22/02/2016 but till date case is open. The ref is as follows:

can RTI application be filed online? by the way, i was not keeping quite all this while. i took up this case with cerc (consumer education & research centre, ahmedabad) and despite taking it up for around a year or so and not getting any reply from air india, they too gave up. as suggested by many of you, i shall try to file a rti application and see what air india responds. more  
You have already waited for long four years . Now ,I will suggest ,before going to consumer couts ,you may file an RTI application seeking the details .In case of non reply / incomplete reply /incorrect reply also avail first and second appeal . Still unsuccessful may go for legal action . more  
My experience with Air India. I had booked 8 tickets from Mumbai to Bangalore on 1st for their 20-40 flight and I got a phone call in the morning that the flight is re scheduled to 21-45 and if it is in-convenient we will arrange it for next day. As I have to reach Bangalore same day night I selected the same re-scheduled flight and reached air port at 20-20 and the check in counter told that they have no information regarding re-scheduling and the flight had taken off in scheduled time itself and said sorry. I made a complaint even to their CEO Mr.Rohith Nandan, but all in vein. Finally they said that no body had called me and I asked for the recorded tape, they have not given. That is Air India.
